Northwest Pharmacy has moved to a new location at 210 6th Street in Potlatch, Idaho. For locals that remember, this was the old US Bank next to the Wagon Wheel.

This has been a long process and we are excited to serve you at our new location. Come check us out!

Current forms include: Cold Sore, Flu Prophylaxis, Flu Treatment, UTI, and Yeast Infection. Also available for download is our Vaccination Consent Form.
